If the device is physically connected to the computer and detected – we will try. If not, a data recovery service may help. We will advise you where to go.
Yes, we can adapt the image to any format – just show the frame or specify the dimensions. We’ll crop, align, and add background if necessary.
If the watermarks are part of the image, it may be possible to remove them manually with retouching. We evaluate each situation individually.
Yes, we scan and digitise 35mm film (and more). After that we can print the photo in any size you need.
Yes, in most cases we can improve the lighting and contrast to make the photo look better. We will offer options before printing.
If the original is available, it’s better to use it. But even with the Instagram version we can achieve good results on small and medium formats.
It is preferable to use the original files, but if there is only a messenger version – we will try to squeeze the most out of what we have
Yes, you can send a link to Google Drive, Dropbox or send a file via messenger. We have Wi-Fi and everything you need for quick sharing.
Yes, we can crop the desired area, and if necessary, we can retouch the background or rebuild the composition. This is often done for documents or commemorative photos.
Sure. We can add white margins, simulate ageing, choose the appropriate filter or processing – everything to suit your needs.
Yes, we scan and print in high resolution. We often do this for interior decoration or gifts.
This is not a problem, we accept files in a wide variety of formats – HEIC, PNG, TIFF, PDF and others. If something doesn’t open, we can help you convert it.
It all depends on the degree of blurring and the print format. We can advise whether to print, suggest reducing the format or try sharpening.
Yes, the classics work! We accept files from flash drives, hard drives, SD cards and even CDs (if there are any left 😊).
